Regarding lip-sync: during preview, the lip-sync has not yet been fully rendered, which is why movements can look mismatched. Once the video is rendered, the lip-sync should be properly synchronized. If you still encounter issues after rendering, please reach out to our support team so our engineers can investigate and resolve them.

We’re continuously optimizing our lip-sync technology. The recent update to the AvatarX model is a major step forward — supporting richer emotional expression, more accurate lip-sync, and natural movement from multiple angles.
