Bought Tier 2.
Made a 10 second short video to test the platform.
And then..

- No way to preview the video before rendering. You just have to cross your fingers and pray that the video ends up being what you needed.

And why pray based on the above lack of previewing?.. Because:

- Waited for over 45 minutes, and in fact the message I was seeing on the screen was "180 waiting time". So am I supposed to feel "lucky" then?
- Upon waiting, you´re greeted with a message to "upgrade" to render much faster. Click on Upgrade, and it takes you to Jogg´s website´s pricing plans. Nicely done, this "trick" does not play well with me, this is malpractice at its best. If I buy the LTD plan here in Appsumo, I do not expect to have to "upgrade" to Jogg´s plans in order to render my videos at decent speed.
- When challenged with the above, I get the same standard response you have seen a dozen times here in Appsumo. So when you raise a ticket, you´ll get the same response. No bothering whatsoever in providing truthful support. "We are sorry, but hey... we are planning to do xyz..." etc..

I have been in Appsumo for 5 years, hundreds of products. And I have seen it all. The good, the bad and the ugly. So when I hear that type of excuse or standard response, I begin to doubt it big time.

One star because even though the product´s general idea is good, its execution is beyond poor.
I will wait for a bit, if this review is taken seriously, servers are truly improved NOW and not "in the future", and rendering becomes viable, then I will upgrade my review.
