You asked for a chance here it is

Long story short, bringing your own key, BYOK, is not acceptable. That's still passing on the cost to us. You admit you're not going to do anything about it, so at this point, there is no redemption and you proved everyone's point In you don't honor LTD.

You stated not to take you at what you say but at what you do.
So I propose this:
These models already exist on under paid-subscriber accounts, so it’s not Mission Impossible. Please provide us evidence by simply adding these to the LTD (grandfathered in portals) I will be the first to admit improvement at that point.

Here are the text‑to‑image and image-to-video models that all LTD members have been requesting and that have been kept away from the LTD community:
Seedance 2.0 = (480p&720p) (4s-15s)
Seedance 2.0 Fast = (480p&720p) (4s-15s)
HappyHorse v1.0 = (720p&1080p) (3s-15s)
Sora2 = 720 (4s, 8s, 12s) (you currently have LTD set to 4s only)

Long story short, this platform has consistently restricted LTD members' abilities to use it. The other part of the problem here is that all new updates for the video models have been hidden from LTD members and only given to subscription‑paid plans. We understand the cost, but you can't keep using that as an excuse to keep the products away from your LTD members that were promised and aligned with your membership plans. If we're supposed to have the same abilities and access, it would make sense that we'd be able to access those models. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is not acceptable in any way, shape, or form. You can throw that out the window. Nobody wants to use it because if we wanted to, we would just use a different platform. Your promises have been repeatedly broken when you were confronted about it on Discord, and members asked, “Are you going to provide the new models for video generators?” Not only was your staff very confrontational, but they also started kicking out anyone who questioned why they hadn't been receiving the updates or who pointed out that you had restricted the updates to paid memberships only. Then you went so far as to have your staff, whenever they're contacted via chat, tell LTD members that these new models and features will not be added to their accounts. When LTD members ask why this is not being provided, even though their agreement explicitly ties them to the same features that your monthly paid users have, they are met with silence. Your staff literally do not respond, even after several chat sessions or emails. They only answer when the question is changed; as soon as the original subject is raised again, they are booted from the chat or the chat is ended and never revisited.

Product‑wise, your avatar and lip‑sync leave a lot to be improved. Honestly, you've lost almost all your fanboys who are LTD members because of your actions and how you've handled the situation. I went from being one of your strongest supporters to one of your harshest critics, and I will definitely not recommend this product—or any other product under your name—to anyone until you fix the way you treat LTD members and give them access to every model that subscribers have, especially since you created this ridiculous extra‑credit system with additional weekly and monthly limits that make it almost impossible to use your full amount of credits. At least allow us to use them on the newer models as well. That way we would have an experience on par with monthly users and would stop complaining so much. You might actually be able to regain some good faith for your company.

At this point, I hope everybody reads these negative reviews because they consistently bring to light not only how you treat LTD members but also your community as a whole. There are very few companies that would go down the route of completely neglecting their LTD community, knowing that it can be their strongest supporters and base. You, on the other hand, decided not only to go against them but repeatedly to be very confrontational toward them. At times it looks almost spiteful, because they point out that you are supposed to provide the things you agreed to, promised, and never delivered. When you were caught, you consistently came up with excuses about delays, then eventually said it would not be delivered. When a comparison was made between LTD community access and paid membership access, and it was noted that you had those items added to the paid-subscribers but did not expose them to the LTD community, those members were essentially blackballed.

This is one of the few times that your past should come back to haunt you. Not only do I hope that nobody falls for your tricks and buys any LTD for this product but also any other product bearing your name in the future—until you change your ways and your product actually supports the original promises made to members long ago.

Until I see those changes, I will leave this one‑star review, and hopefully others can learn from my mistake of having invested in your company.

A bit of context on where we stand. While we do offer features that let users create AI video, our core has always been — and remains — digital human (avatar) creation. JoggAI is, and at least for now remains, an AI avatar generation platform rather than an all-in-one AI video generation tool. That focus shapes what we build and what we prioritize. We genuinely want to put the newest models in our users' hands, and we work toward that constantly, but the reality is these models carry significant cost. We give what we can sustainably give, and the BYOK option exists precisely so users who want a specific model aren't blocked from using it. I understand that doesn't work for you, and if it falls short of what you need, I'm sorry we can't meet that expectation right now.
On how earlier conversations were handled in our community — that's a separate issue, and you're right to raise it. The way some of those interactions went is not something this team stands behind. We've changed direction, and you have my word the tone and responsiveness will be different going forward.
On product quality: we're not standing still. Avatar and lip-sync are areas we're actively working to improve, and you'll see that reflected over time.
I won't pretend one comment resolves everything you've raised. But the direction here has changed, and the best thing I can do is let the work show it.
