- I had initially given this a 5-star review, but If I could give them 1 star I would. I stacked 2 codes and this is in my top 3 of worst purchases from AppSumo. Since purchasing this deal in March I have not even been able to use it because they keep on asking me to upgrade my AppSumo XL plan to a higher plan because I have used over 100K events in the month. Now, this is where it gets interesting - I haven't even used the app, all I have done is connected to a custom domain and created a couple of test links! These links haven't even been shared or used - they don't generate ANY traffic .. let alone Events! As it stands now I cannot change or do anything in my account as it has been locked for the past 3 months due to exceeding these limits. Contacted support numerous times and keep on getting told that my links are being visited by " human users". IMPOSSIBLE!! Gawd help me if I wanted to set up a real campaign and use the platform as intended. rant over!
