MhiQ: License management, AI, Search, Roadmap
Hello,
I have some questions:
I think that more robust license management (Tiers 2+) is still under development? Once this is done:
1. How will the new users be assigned / added / invited?
2. Will I be able to see if / when they accept the invite and activate their account?
3. Will I be able to revoke their license and re-assign it to someone else without any need to reach out to you / your team?
4. What would happen to their workspace (ecosystem) if I revoke their access? (I hope their previous records / history will not get affected).
5. Do you have plans to implement the AI, and when?
6. If you do that, will that addition be applied to all AppSumo-related (PRO) user accounts for free?
7. I saw that "Search option" scans through the previous 30-day activity. Could this be extended?
8. Is there a public roadmap?

Mar 31, 2026A: Hi Mhi, great questions! Let me go through them:
1. How will new users be assigned/added/invited?
You share coupon codes with them. On your dashboard, each available code has a Share button -- enter their email and we send them instructions to download the app, sign in, and redeem the code.
2. Will I be able to see if/when they accept the invite?
You can see which codes have been redeemed (status changes from "Available" to "Redeemed"), but the dashboard doesn't show who redeemed each code.
3. Will I be able to revoke and reassign?
Not yet, you'll need to contact me for that.
4. What happens to their data if access is revoked?
Their data stays completely intact. All data is stored locally on their device and their cloud storage. Revoking access just means they go back to the free tier -- nothing gets deleted. If they get a new license later, they pick up right where they left off.
5-6. AI plans: it's on the roadmap, probably later this year. All users will need to buy credit to use AI features (they are not included in any Pro upgrade).
7. Search / 30-day limit: that's only for the command center search, yes, you can tap the button at the end of the search input to include archived and old items.
