A: Hi!

Currently, Journal it! supports sign-in with Google or Apple only — there's no email/password login yet. This is because the app uses your cloud storage (Google Drive or iCloud) to store photos and files, which keeps costs down and improves privacy.

To get started, you have two options:

1. Change your purchase email to a Gmail or iCloud address:
- Go to https://home.journalit.app/appsumo
- Enter your current email to get a login link
- Once logged in, click "Change" next to your email
- Enter your Gmail or iCloud address
- Open the app and sign in with Google or Apple

2. Create a free Gmail or iCloud account and update your purchase email to match (same steps above).
