Assistance is non-existent
To be honest, I'm very disappointed with the service and, especially, the virtually nonexistent customer support. I'm having a problem with the QR code statistics: the data isn't being collected. I've chatted, but a bot responds; I've emailed, but no response; I've chatted again to get through to a human operator, but again, after a brief "we'll let you know," there's no response, no explanation, and the problem persists. Meanwhile, I don't know how to explain what happened to the customer. It's been 10 days and still no response.
