Q: is it possible to backup my data in an excel format?

as I cannot imagine loosing all the project details and data if you close down and take my business with you.

When uploading documents, do we have the ability to make files read-only and or allow specific individuals the ability to download the file? Also, Can we utilize a daily checklist (ie. a list of opening procedures) that can be repeated and checked off each day as completed?
We have been playing with the system. For files, it would be very helpful to have drag and drop of folders, and also to be able to expand storage through our own already existing drives. An upload feature is not adequate.
