Q: When we invite an external client contacts, does this counta against our overall team count?
Is there a way to share items with clients without counting against our team member total?

Yes there is, when you invite a client or an external staff like contractors, you can invite them as External members and they won't count against your team members, and yes you can share anything with the external members just like your own team members :)
