Beta Quality at Best

I am not sure what is going on at Jumppl, but I really doubt that they use the product. Their stupid UserGuiding tour is still popping up for me on every page load, after almost a year of using the product. I spend about 20% of my clicks in Jumppl closing UserGuiding.
I want to love this product. I like that there are so many apps, and actually hoped Jumppl might allow white labelling the apps - but it's just torturous right now. Jumppl is by far the most frustrating product experience I have had on AppSumo.
Today, I notice that there seem to be no heading features in the RTF editor, that they have to be inserted by hand in the HTML. It seems there is no easy way to link to other tasks or images...Like in my Style Guide document, I want to link to the images uploaded in the related task.
I am trying to save my Template project as a Template so that I can clone it....it does not show up in the Templates list, even after I save it as a template, even after I log out and back in thinking maybe the system needs to reread the list of template projects.
There is no drag and drop of a task to a subtask or vice-versa. There is no option in the Move menu, either. I am cutting and pasting task names and descriptions as a workaround.
Adding a subtask to a task does not refresh the task for me in Chrome, I have to reload the page.
DUPLICATE project does not conform to the English language definition of DUPLICATE. This was my workaround attempt to the failure of the Save As Template function. At minimum, Links from tasks (I am using this to link into my documentation) are not copied, which seriously reduces the usability of the project for my team. Apparently, the team does not know what DUPLICATE means, does not have a dictionary, or does not know their own database well enough to actually DUPLICATE a project.
Hammad has become non-responsive to emails, so I am not sure whether the product is still alive.
