I've purchased quite a few softwares here on Appsumo. One of my first criteria is ease of use. I do not want to take my precious time learning softwares even if I am going to be outsourcing the task. One of my first requirement in purchasing is a software is learning how to use it first before hiring someone to run it. Otherwise, I won't have an accurate picture of expectations.

Well I can really say that I opened the software immediately and could definitely understand what needed to be done to get the processes moving. I haven't really fully dived in as yet, but I can tell that this will be a seamless process already. I'm looking forward to the full launch of the CRM as well, since the one that I purchased with Deskera is a bit clunky and leaves a lot to be desired.

I'd also like to see clients being able to upload document requirements that will be added to the CRM portion of the software.
