I am not sure what is going on at Jumppl, but I really doubt that they use the product. Their stupid UserGuiding tour is still popping up for me on every page load, after almost a year of using the product. I spend about 20% of my clicks in Jumppl closing UserGuiding. I want to love this product. I like that there are so many apps, and actually hoped Jumppl might allow white labelling the apps - but it's just torturous right now. Jumppl is by far the most frustrating product experience I have had on AppSumo. Today, I notice that there seem to be no heading features in the RTF editor, that they have to be inserted by hand in the HTML. It seems there is no easy way to link to other tasks or images...Like in my Style Guide document, I want to link to the images uploaded in the related task. I am trying to save my Template project as a Template so that I can clone it....it does not show up in the Templates list, even after I save it as a template, even after I log out and back in thinking maybe the system needs to reread the list of template projects. There is no drag and drop of a task to a subtask or vice-versa. There is no option in the Move menu, either. I am cutting and pasting task names and descriptions as a workaround. Adding a subtask to a task does not refresh the task for me in Chrome, I have to reload the page. DUPLICATE project does not conform to the English language definition of DUPLICATE. This was my workaround attempt to the failure of the Save As Template function. At minimum, Links from tasks (I am using this to link into my documentation) are not copied, which seriously reduces the usability of the project for my team. Apparently, the team does not know what DUPLICATE means, does not have a dictionary, or does not know their own database well enough to actually DUPLICATE a project. Hammad has become non-responsive to emails, so I am not sure whether the product is still alive.
Disappointed with the platform as it is drastically slow to use. the page load speed is terrible. moreover, the data saved in each task vanishes in the next login. really disappointed. passed the refund period of 60 days, otherwise I would have been left from this space
I have purchased quite a lot of deals here on Appsumo, Jummpl is the best of em all. This is a dream tool for any growing organisation and the number of things you can do with the tool is beyond imagination. Jumppl is my go to place for all my task planning and team management. They have an amazing desktop app and also mobile app, to keep yourself and your team organized. This is a massive machine, unveiling itself step by step to the world. They have secret hidden treasure, where you can manage external teams/client teams. If you know how to use it, it is a gold mine for business explosion. Buy it now to save yourself a heart ache later.
I am a solopreneur and didn't need as much of the collaboration tools provided, but I found that this tool was worth it for quite a few reasons... 1. I really like the white label client portal. I needed a contract repository and it was awesome that I could rename the widgets...so rather than just having "Files" I now have "Contract Repository". The branding looks great so it fits in with the rest of my site. 2. I like how I can customize this so I only show the widgets that I want to use. It helps clean up the view. 3. I like how you can show your task list in so many different formats. I've never used Kanban before and really like it. 4. The support team is awesome. I was having some issues with a basic task to load my logo for the branding and they did it for me...was really appreciated!
This is probably my favorite purchase so far on AppSumo. I love it.

What I like: Not overwhelming. It is crazy how many similar platforms have NO onboarding and also have 100 features with 0 attention on how to design it so that it can be easily understood. It has the right features and it seems like a good tool that will help my teams be more productive. Just so you can know my frame of reference, currently I'm working with a group that is using google sheets to plan out projects and it is functional, but cumbersome.
The features are good and they integrate; however there is still some polish that is needed and is ultimately why I'm giving 4 tacos. I would love to be 100% in love with this app and recommend it to everyone and create a workflow from it that I duplicate with other businesses as a consultant, but it just has some clunks that I describe below (and especially since they are saying that they are a two year old company, then it is a bit more concerning).
What I don't like: Certain things just don't work or it works in a weird way. I uploaded images to the file area. There was a box to just drop stuff in. I put in one image, but then the box disappears. I had to click upload in order to bring the box back. I tried to upload multiple photos at once. It showed the preview for all the photos that I dropped in. Nothing happened. I clicked upload. It uploaded the first image, but not the rest. So I had to click the upload button each time in order for them to all upload. Other quirks are (In setting up a timesheet) I click the cancel button but nothing happens, instead I had to click the x on the top right. This is fine, but if there is an option to press cancel but it does nothing, then it is confusing. Either Have cancel do something or have x be the only option to exit. I also couldn't set multiple days off on the time sheet. It assumed I only wanted to take one day off instead of the whole week for thanksgiving. Another thing that wasn't fluid was that it wouldn't select the same date automatically for tasks and subtasks. So if I put a project for February, then it would give me today's date to set as the time. Even if I set a task for a specific day in February, it would still give me today's date as the first option when setting a subtask.
Also, the event section is too simple. I was trying to use a project as an event planner, but it isn't made for that. One thing is that my tasks for the day of the event appear already as a task for me to do. There doesn't seem to be an option for the task to only appear on my list within a certain time frame. I don't want to be told to get a building ready until the day of. I want to plan events out in advance, but I don't want 1000 tasks on my list all year. I want to be able to look at my task list and be able to complete it in that day. Perhaps there is a way to work around this with labelling and kanban, but it isn't set up that way immediately.
I really like it and I'm hopeful that it will be exactly what it already is, but with everything working 100%
