Firstly 🥇 I was in doubt of trying this tool since I have already adopted Freedcamp whitelabel for my team. I have been using it extensively to monitor tasks, calendars, etc. So here is my review of this platform and the deal. 👍

What I liked about it:
☑️ Interface is CLEAN but it is very DIFFERENT from the usual PM Tool. I started with creating a Group so I can group Projects.
☑️ They have a mobile app which I think is on its early stages. right now it is useful for team communications
☑️ Love that you can get Files, Calendar, and Chat in a single click

What needs to improve:
🤔 Client portal, i think this does not work for me or most sumolings. Needs a total overhaul, just sad they structured the deal to focus on clients and yet their client portal is in my opinion the weakest feature in the platform
🤔 Theming / Custom Branding. Sooo sad that what you can only do right now is just change the COLORS!! No white label, custom domain, or even a subdomain under Jumppl!
🤔 I have yet to see a PM tool that does Programme / Portfolio Management (group of Projects) and how they are progressing. I manage an entire company's IT/Systems Budget so I got more than 1 projects running at the same time. I would like to see something that shows in 1 page/glance, what is Green / Red / Yellow. Enterprise solutions of course already do this, but hey if you do this one, maybe you could be the best!
🤔 Mobile app improvement

Overall, the 2 tacos I deducted are from the client portal and custom branding which is right there front and center on the deal offering. It can be useful for team management for projects specially they try to combine chat inside the platform.

Would like to see you guys improve or else be swallowed by the competition! 😸
