I have only begun to explore the features offered but have been a user of various task management apps over the past 15+ years - most recently, Podio and for the past two years, SamePage.

At first look, Jumppl offers everything that I have had in the above tools plus the addition of the new screen recording tool.

I am still trying to get my head around the timesheet/screenshot functions as these have the potential to obviate my current subscription to a third party provider. If the timesheet function works as expected (hoped?) it will reduce my costs but, more importantly, bring time-tracking and invoicing into a common tool.

Support has been very responsive. I requested clarification on the timesheet module and received a prompt, very comprehensive reply.

There are a few 'help' videos but I much prefer docs that I can refer to as required. Given the complexity of the app, I think these are essential. I think it's a fairly typical case of development racing ahead of documentation :(

The desktop app seems to work well and is stable. Ditto for the mobile app (Android only tested).

I like that the tool has been live for (apparently) 2+ years as that would have certainly given ample time to knock the bugs and annoyances out of the system. It also significantly reduces the risk that the tent will be folded in the middle of the night :)

On a bang for bucks basis, I think it's a definite 5 taco deal but I'll give 4 tacos at this time and will revise to 5 if the timesheet functions as expected.
