Q: How do I delete my account after the free trail?
I cannot redeem my code with my existing account using the same email address. I contacted support, they took more than 24 hours to reply and gave me an answer to a question I didn't even ask. I tried to clarify my question in my reply and waiting to hear back...
Please, please, please have us delete our own accounts without having to through support. Or even better, please have us be able to redeem codes to existing accounts without having to take all these extra unnecessary steps. I STILL have not been able to have my existing account be deleted so I can just recreate it with the redemption code yet.
You said we could delete our free-trail accounts but it turns out to be a lot more frustrating and time-consuming in my experience so far. I know there are a lot of things that need to be ironed out and improved with JumpStory, but the simple task of trying to redeem a code after having a free-trail account that is apparently difficult to delete is getting ridiculous.

May 15, 2024A: Thanks a lot for your comment in here. I believe that we already wrote you back on e-mail?
It's pretty easy:
1. Simply let our support know to delete your old trial account.
2. Redeem your code using the link that you got from AppSumo, when you signed up. This is now your new account with lifetime access :-)
