I had purchased Jumpstory Lifetime Deal from Appsumo for USD 99 and now when I login in jumpstory it is again asking me to subscribe and make payment. This is really sad and pathetic....

At first I thought it was a great deal. As a website builder, having an unlimited access to a growing library of assets should have been a great idea. However, just few days after the so called exclusive appsumo deal ended, it appeared on stacksocial, at the same price, same deal.
The product is still too new. they say it can provide images for articles thanks to AI.
But after using it for a few weeks, it wasn't better than other assets libraries like stockunlimited.
Now I just realized they have a WordPress Plugin, but I can't access it.
I first thought it was an error, and wrote to their support.
But they finally answered me that it's not part of the AppSumo deal.
I invested in this product knowing that it was new but promising, we were supposed to get your plugin because we simply trusted you when you told that you were planning great things.
But being rejected to get you WordPress Plugin when it was the thing that should have made me use it is something that would have made me ask for a refund if it wasn't too late.

This app has a pretty poor UI, I have spent a day trying it out and it was a total waste of time for me.
If you are thinking that you can edit online somewhat like photoshop or even aa very very basic photoshop forget it, so many things are missing it's impossible to do even basic things, freehand cropping? no chance just a rectangle that's it, Image creation with multiple layers? Forget it, you can add one layer, possibly you could compress the two layers and then add another layer and repeat im not sure but that's useless as an approach its highly unlikely to result in satisfaction and highly likely to waste a load of time.
UI is pretty awful, you can create archive folders to organise things, but not found a way to access the content uploaded to them, you can only upload 1 image at a time and by following an exact sequence of too many clicks, the background tool is glitchy, does the removal but the download button then doesn't work.
I give credit for the following however, choice of free stock photos, 1 click background removal is S-low and has a glitchy ui but works pretty well once you find a work around for the bugs mentioned above (tip uploading to the background tool wont work, upload to an archive folder first then open the image from there to remove the background)

All in all pretty frustrating and unpleasant to use, unless they demonstrate real progress and good intention I recommend refund or cancel, I can't see this solving any problems but I can see it causing some, like wasting time, stress and frustration.
Hope you guys can fix it.

I've bought stock photos from DepositPhotos in the past. This seems a better option considering you get a LTD on the photos and videos.

The photos look good for use by a small business or a blogger. It's a nice feature to be able to edit the images before download.

Hope JumpStory keeps on adding resources and improving their product.

BTW, had stayed in Denmark for a few months. Seems like a nice place :)

Quick review:

- read all the comments
- decided to buy a code and explore for myself
- carried out a number of searches on a variety of topics
- found some great content/ images for each search which will work well on websites and on social media
- the Jump Story approach of providing a more natural - less 'stock-like' - selection is very welcome
- the license is for commercial use which is important.
