too good to be true? Probably

I didn't think twice when I snatched this deal. But now I know better. I think maybe the product builds over time. But right now..this is mediocre in terms of AI, content quality, and finish.

AI - Can creators stop using the word "AI" for simple "if then" coding? This is not AI at all. Two examples to prove. I tried both their regular search and textmatch beta search. In the regular search I typed "Protein bars". Guess what came up. First two pages of all kinds of beautiful eggs and egg dishes. Next few pages of bars - the kind where we go to get drunk. Not even one nutrition bar picture. Next, I tried to use TextMatch. I typed "Motivation from fitness". First couple of pages came up with all kinds of motivation sayings in words. Next few pages were all about training, gyms, and exercise.

Essentially their matching and search is literally rendering pics for every word separately. That's not AI, guys.

Content quality - No where close to other paid sites. I get it that this is much cheaper. If you are running a one-person blog and just building an audience, this product should suffice. But if you are concerned about your brand image and have a functional small to moderate sized business, the selection of high quality content is sparse at best. And if you do find high quality pictures, they seem to be coming over from the free sites (pexels, unsplash).

Bottomline - Really good and cheap resource if you are not too concerned about top quality content and run a blog site, or content where stock photos don't impact your brand so much. For others, it is meh at best, so far.

Dear Fierce Ninja,

Thank you very much for your comment and review.

We use the word AI, because it's actually AI :-) But we can call it machine learning instead. What AI does is help predict which photos will perform the best. This is our "HighJumper" feature in the product. Have you tried it out?

As regards the searching this is called Natural Language Processing, which is used in our TextMatch. It's still in beta. When you search for "motivation from fitness" in the normal search, it actually delivers pretty nice results. The TextMatch is not supposed to be for normal searches, but taking longer sentences or text paragraphs and mathing them. This is probably why you didn't get the results, you were after.

Also we have our unique photo guarantee, where we find the photos for you, if you can't find them. So if you need excellent photos of protein bars, or videos, just write us. We will get them for you within 24 hours! :-)

You mention the free sites, but are you aware that they're not using any official, global license? This can get you into a whole lot of trouble. Read why here:

I suggest checking out this link before using the free sites and thinking that it can't cause any problems.

Hope this answered some of your questions and concerns?

Kind regards,

Jonathan
