Q: Questions on Updates & Support

Hi Junia team, could you please clarify the following:

1. When you first launched in 2024, there were regular weekly and monthly updates to your tool. Why are updates no longer happening? I see only three updates listed in 2025 on https://www.junia.ai/docs/announcements, with the last one in August 2025.
2. I’m on the highest plan, and your August 2025 update said you added ChatGPT 5 and Claude However, after extensive testing, the models in chat and other areas still appear as ChatGPT 4 Mini. When will this be fixed? It’s clear the new models haven’t been implemented yet.
3. When I purchased the tool in 2024, support would respond. However, I’ve sent around five emails in 2025, February, June, September, and November and received no replies. Why are you no longer responding to customers?

4. Have you abandoned the tool? If so, what assurances do customers have that it will remain live and functional and that we won’t lose our data and sites?

I’d appreciate a response since I don’t know how else to reach you. As a customer, I’m really concerned about Junia’s future based on what I’ve seen so far, so please provide some answers.

P.S. It’s also odd that you’re promoting a Black Friday deal to upgrade to a higher tier, yet you don’t respond to support emails and advertise advanced models like GPT 5 that haven’t been added to Junia.
