Pretty Good Deal for The Price

Like many others here, I've probably tried dozens of SEO-focused AI-writers.
As a caveat, I haven't created many articles with the tool, I can say this....

Positives:
* Clean Interface
* Ability to create brand voice
* Ability to add an "Info Base" - you basically train the AI on your target audience, background, services, etc. which isn't something I've seen with other tools, so kudos for that.
* By using the brand voice and info base, the AI-articles do have a slight tilt towards your overall brand style, so it definitely factors these into the articles it generates.
* I like the ability to modify or alter article outlines.
* Decent amount of credits/articles per month - similar tools are around $99/month.

Dislikes - these are mostly minor, and I hope they're on the roadmap:
* As others have said, the inclusion of keyword clustering and keyword ideas.
* The ability to select a keyword (from keyword search) and tag the AI to auto-write an article.
* the keyword tool is "OK", but it could be better. Would be nice to add keywords or clusters to a project or folder so you know what you need to focus on next. Or display keyword intent, etc.
* After an article is generated, you can use the AI to add additional SEO terms which the system feels are necessary for ranking, but you have to select your body text, and then use the improve SEO option. Once you do that, you need to select the terms you want to use for inclusion from a list. Which again, is better than nothing and not something a lot of other tools do. However, I wish they'd take a page from seo.ai - which has the slickest system I've seen - it automatically scans an article and then auto-inserts those semantically relevant/missing keywords it feels are important. Again, this is definitely better than nothing, but I hope they can improve the overall workflow here.
* I don't know why the 'Table of Contents' found in the article builder can't be hidden. It takes up valuable real estate. In fact, I don't even know why it's present to begin with, as I've never used it to jump to specific sections of the article. If it's going to stay, give me a way to HIDE it, please!
* It will output articles to MS Word, but that output then needs further formatting - I haven't tried copy/pasting from Word > Wordpress, so it may keep the heading/paragraph structure intact, but if you want to share docs with others, the Word formatting isn't very pretty.
* the SEO score can be contradictory at times. Meta title Good. Use more Keywords in Meta Title. Uhh, which is it? Or 'No Internal links appear in your text' - even though I've got over 25 internal links scattered throughout the article.
* The 'competitor analysis' only shows the top 4 ranking sites, so it's not as useful as it could be. Further, you just get a count of words and keyword density, which I must stress is BETTER than what you get with some of the other tools, it just needs further refinement to be really useful.
* The internal linking tool adds superfluous hyperlinks. I probably need to reduce the number of internal links the article generator uses (it's a setting that can be changed, so it could be user-error), but I wrote an article titled "10 tips for crafting a successful influencer marketing campaign" and it added dozens of internal links to local SEO pages and other unrelated blog posts. So I feel like this algorithm needs to be tweaked slightly so it understands the intent behind the link prior to including it. Again, don't get me wrong - many of the SEO/AI tools out there don't even *offer* this as an option, so I'm glad it's included - it just needs some further fine-tweaking.
* The ability to create a brand style which combines: brand voice, info base and internal linking ruleset together. Right now, each time you create an article, you have to reselect the voice/info base and a site for internal linking. There should be a way to create a "project" which includes a bundle of rules that incorporate all this automatically. It's not a big deal to select these things manually, but perhaps something for the roadmap? It would make it easier for those who generate output for multiple clients (koala.sh did good job at establishing different "brand rule sets" and allowing you to switch between them)

In summary - overall, great tool, pretty good output and a good price point. I realize my 'negatives' outweigh the 'positives' but that's only because there's so much that's juuuuust about what I'm looking for in a single tool. Hope they can stay in business long term, and I hope they've got a roadmap or plan to deal with some of these little niggling issues I mentioned above. None of them are deal breakers, just little things that would speed up basic workflow. Aas mentioned, biggest issue for now is keyword clustering/ideation/etc. and a way to manage keywords by project. For the app owner - check out how writesonic handles topic clustering and just steal that - then you'd have a winner!
