They downgraded my paid account to free and refuse to fix it – be aware!
I purchased this software on July 3, 2024, in tier 2. I haven't been using the software, but when I decided to use it last week, I noticed that my account had been downgraded to a free account.
I reached out to the software company, but they haven’t provided any assistance in resolving this issue. They keep claiming that the problem may be caused by the wrong email address.
I showed them the receipt and confirmed that the email address on the account is correct. They no longer respond to my emails; I guess they have run out of excuses. They could have easily reset my account, but they seem uninterested in allowing me to access the features I paid for. Be aware that this might happen to you in the future. I do not recommend this software and urge others not to let the same thing that happened to me happen to you.
