I couldn't wait to grab this when I saw it. After a few hours, I canceled. I was searching for a tool that all my DM's could come into one place. This is great if you have a VA to manage your comments but only Dm's to pages showed up for FB. Nothing on IG, LinkedIn nor my personal FB page synced with the software in addition Youtube was having an issue linking together. Overall for comments, it's a good tool for someone to manage but not for DM's as advertised. At first, I gave it 4 tacos but since the advertisement was for DM's I had to downgrade to 3 tacos for their false advertisement.

This message may indicate that our DM functions are missing, but actually, it is not. We're a B2B software and we do not need to add Facebook personal messenger at this point, we never mentioned or advertised something about personal usage of direct messages. On the other hand, even if you're not using Twitter, Twitter also a very popular platform for businesses and we have a DM function for Twitter too like Facebook Page Messenger.
For direct message management as a business, currently for the Twitter, Facebook and also the Instagram in the middle of 2021. Definitely, you will be able to use Juphy 🦊👍
For the Instagram DMs, Cem already mentioned but, Instagram integration wasn't available.. So it was impossible to integrate for IG DMs. We applied facebook to be an early-stage user for IG DM and waiting for their response.
