Deeply disappointing for serious LinkedIn users
I was really excited about Juphy, given all the five-taco reviews. Even though we run FB Ads, LinkedIn is our primary social platform and I was excited about a unified inbox where I could track and respond to all communication in one spot.
But after purchasing the deal and installing it, my excitement turned into disappointment. What's not made clear in all the promo hype is that Juphy only works for BUSINESS profiles. This feels like a bait-and-switch since most people use personal profiles for outreach, networking, and Lives. The business-profile-only limitation should have been stated clearly in the marketing.
Normally I would drop this to three tacos for the marketing deception of not functioning for ALL LinkedIn profile types, but the deal may still be useful if they fix this so I'll leave it at four.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Actually, we never think about personal account integrations and personal user perspective since we're a B2B solution. But, the LinkedIn personal accounts, it different from the other platforms, most of us using LinkedIn profiles for business and marketing rarely also for customer support. we always listen to our community while developing new features. I want to talk about LinkedIn specifically. Unfortunately, almost all major social media platforms [Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn] Providing very limited Personal usage API permissions and this makes integrations almost impossible. For example, currently, LinkedIn does not let us integrate with LinkedIn personal profiles due to their personal data usage privacy concerns.
Shortly, even if we want to add integration, it depends on the Social Media Platform provider's limitations itself. We'll keep continuing to check their API for new updates and if they release a new set of usage permission rules. We'll definitely integrate with LinkedIn Personal Profiles. Personally, in my opinion, I do not think that they'll open their APIs for personal LinkedIn profiles especially for marketing purposes in the near term.
