Great app with a rich roadmap
I purchased Juphy for use as a central customer support application. Unfortunately, it cannot be used for that at this stage.
For my use case, once the IMAP, WhatsApp and Telegram integrations are done, I can flip the switch. Unfortunately, there are no clear timelines for that (I know, it's not easy or even possible at times to commit). So it's just wait and hope.
However, Juphy is great at what it does. It's already a great tool for community managers and small business owners looking to manage social media.
