What I was looking for!
I've been trying different solution for "social support", and was not happy with any of them, until I saw Juphy. It easily does what it says, with the unncessary bells and wistles that many of these sites come with. And I like that it's separate from a social post management service. Support people are not the ones. There are some rough edges around the UI (wish I could see the relative post in my inbox without clicking on the entry), but the main reason I gave this 4 tacos is the mobile app. The mobile app is too simple and lacks some impotant features. Most importantly, it's impossible to find the relative post in Inbox. I'm sure they would improve the mobile app soon.

Thank you for your great review.
We'll definitely release a stable version of our mobile app. Actually, even if we know some of the important BUGs, we decided to go live and want to listen to our customer's feedback instead of waiting for a stable version too long. For example, for the IOS App, notifications working very well and we can follow the incoming messages at least in this way.
