You can create a team with 2 LinkedIn accounts and share lists of leads. But then it's still one Kanbox account for 1 LinkedIn account

I'm not sure to understand. We can use the same Kanbox account for the 2 Linkedin accounts ?
It needs 2 paid Kanbox account ? or 1 account shared with a team people ?

It's one Kanbox account for 1 LinkedIn account.
With the team feature, you can manage the subscription of several accounts from one admin account and you can share lists of leads between team members
