Very disappointed

Unable to fulfill the promise to complete the relevant update service within the specified period

I fully understand that updating new services or features is not necessarily simple. Sometimes, the new features promised to customers may not be delivered on time.

Every time I shop on AppSumo, I can feel the sincerity and dedication of most of the creators behind it.

But this time, I feel deceived again and again. Every month, because of the lack of relevant features, I basically cannot use this platform as I had hoped and expected.

The software creator initially insisted on completing the relevant features but eventually stated that this was not their main development project.

Moreover, during the communication process, I did not feel any genuine care or concern from them.

I bought this software because I absolutely needed the relevant, clean presentation method. I also told the creator, and he was full of sincerity and willing to work on it from the very beginning.

After the 60-day money-back guarantee period, things changed completely, and they didn't want to help at all.

I feel highly disappointed.
