We populate your Chart of Accounts for you whereas Wave gets you to do this on your own during set up.

We offer unlimited users for all businesses.

We also integrate with Stripe, Square, Bluepay, Freshbooks Classic, as well as several different Payroll options for both Canadian and US businesses.

On the Wave side, they seem to have payroll built into their system.
