Q: "I have been using Katalyst for 3 days.
I really like this software; it allows you to do very interesting things. I appreciate the fact that you can keep the characters. I think there is a lack of **villain characters**; it's important in a story to have an interesting villain, and right now, I don't really find any interesting villains among the characters.
Another thing, I noticed that in the editor, there was a feature that was very practical. It allowed you to change parts of the image, and these have disappeared yesterday. So I wanted to know if this was temporary because it's a feature that is really important to be able to **adjust the image** as much as possible to what we have.
And I wanted to have feedback on this feature, which doesn't always work well, by the way, because the AI doesn't necessarily manage to remove elements. Often it's going to put duplicates or things like that; we ask for these to be removed, it puts something else in their place. But still, it's better than nothing at all, and right now, we don't have anything at that level to be able to **modify a part of the image**."

May 15, 2024A: We temporarily disabled the Generative Fill brush due to temporary issues. The brush is already available again.

It's important for users to be informed when a main feature is deactivated for any reason. I've noticed that the Generative Fill brush, which was temporarily disabled, is supposed to be available again, but it's still not accessible in my workspace.
I've reached out via the help email (hello@katalist.ai) for assistance, but haven't received any response yet. This situation is making it difficult for me to feel confident about using the tool, despite its great potential.
Additionally, I am a member of the Facebook group associated with the tool, but I've observed a lack of communication there as well. It would be beneficial for updates and important information to be shared through that channel too.

Thank you for letting us know. I gave you the wrong information in the first response there as the feature was being worked on to resolve quality issues that were reported. It will be made available again early next week. We'll make sure to update you via the in-app notification regarding product updates in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
