I am a previous tier 2 purchaser and was considering upgrading, but like so many other people have written, the new tiers makes this confusing.
I would really love to continue supporting you by purchasing the upgrade or even buying a new license, but you may be "shooting yourself in the foot," by not being more clear with what existing customers would get.
If you are able to address these concerns and provide better explanation in the next 22 hours before the deal ends, I'd be eager to upgrade.
