I am deeply disappointed by Katalist's failure to deliver the promised video functionality, advertised as a core feature over six months ago. Many of us purchased this deal based on claims like *“Katalist AI Video Studio turns your storyboards into fully produced videos,”* yet there’s no update on its development.

Communication has been vague and inconsistent, leaving customers uncertain if this feature will ever launch. Misleading advertising erodes trust, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Katalist must provide a clear timeline for the video functionality, beta access for higher-tier users, or offer refunds to those affected. Immediate action and better communication are crucial to restoring trust.
