I bought a Tier 3 Plan back in April because I thought it would be great for an upcoming project. I clicked the activation, went to Katalist, logged in and started to play around with the product. I thought it would be great.

Fast forward to December when I was ready to start my project and now my login in on the 'free' plan. I emailed support and sent them screen shots of my purchase and they responded that everyone was gone for a few weeks during the holidays. Everyone would be back after the New Years and my account would get fixed.

Now the person no longer responds to my emails, I've not heard from anyone, and my account status is still on the 'free' tier.

From everyone's recent reviews here it looks like I got screwed on this one and flushed $200 down the drain.

I saw an email last year from AppSumo about some apps being abandoned after the AppSumo deal. Maybe this was one of them.
