Summolings are actively ignored. Summolings do not receive any product updates they launch from time to time. I purchased the highest tier in March 2024 as an investment to eventually obtain the video generation editor. Have you seen it? I have not.

In their Discord channel, monthly subscribers happily share their generations with new features. Meanwhile, summolings are left with the katalist version we purchased at the time. Katalist team members happily chat with monthly subscribers in their specific sub-chats. Katalist team members happily ignore any comment from summolings in the specific "appsumo" chat they created for us. Ok, then send them an email asking why we do not get the newly released features: their response "we are sorry, we had to roll out temporally those features, but we are actively working to release them in the future QX of 202X". Over and over again.

Zero communication. Zero explanations for this favouritism. Zero options or alternatives to get at least limited access to new features. Seriously, this is not the way to treat early investors.

The facts speak for themselves. The Katalist team is not fulfilling the LTD contract. Hope they change their mind soon. By now, they deserve NO taco.
