Q: When will the app start working again?

I have tried the app, and it continues to load or write the article with no output, or it just resets. Please update the program. Additionally, it directs me to an upgrade page, even though I have already purchased your program. I would buy more credits, but the ones that I have don't work.

Hello, the Article Pro Writer is still not working, and we're unable to generate any articles. I reported the issue 7 months ago, and you said you're gonna deal with this soon. 2 weeks ago, I have been informed by the support team that they will fix it ASAP. Are you planning to fix the bugs?

Hi there.
I purchased katteb last year.
When I go to sign-in it accepts my email and password....but instead of going to the dashboard (as the browser clearly indicates) I am presented by an upgrade page.
Why can't this page be disabled as I can't access the product I've paid for!
