I have waited in anticipation for the new launch I saw that was slated for January 1, 2026. It looks like the there is a redesign, but it's in Arabic. How do we get back on our LTD accounts, and in English?

A: Just visit katteb.com the main website is in English.
Still, when I click on Login on the main site in English it goes back to an Arabic sign in. Even with autopopulating my credentials, it doesn't know me. How do I get back on?
I tried the redeem link but it takes me to the login page with no option to enter my code. Also tried replying with this issue to your support email, but it bounced.
But the offer and terms include to let me introduce my own API key in the main app and extend research reach, not in a pluging. Will the extended use and functionality of the main applicaction be kept through my own API key?

A: BYOK plans will be moved to the new plugin release, since the new Katteb doesn't offer the option for BYOK since it's built on a total different infrastructure.
A: It's going to be re-launched this month with a better native WordPress plugin that do all heavy lifting for you. that being said you can now schedule articles inside Katteb.com itself.
