Hello, the Article Pro Writer is still not working, and we're unable to generate any articles. I reported the issue 7 months ago, and you said you're gonna deal with this soon. 2 weeks ago, I have been informed by the support team that they will fix it ASAP. Are you planning to fix the bugs?
I've been informed by the support that it's been passed on to the technical team and fixed ASAP so might be worth checking in a few days, however, it's exactly the same thing we have been told ~6 months ago when we initially reported this bug.
No, its not working fine, its either not generating anything at all or completely ignoring custom outlines. We've literally reported this around 6 months ago and we've been told it's going to be fixed soon. I have also reported it a few days ago and been told its been handed over to the technical team, so as far as logic tells me, you should be aware of whats going on.
Ahmed...another problem. Now putting email and password we can't access anymore....Then you don't respond to any message on chat or email...

Hi there. I purchased katteb last year. When I go to sign-in it accepts my email and password....but instead of going to the dashboard (as the browser clearly indicates) I am presented by an upgrade page. Why can't this page be disabled as I can't access the product I've paid for! Many thanks
