All AI-generated content need to be refined and edited from a human before getting published, but when we're talking about SEO-friendly content, you must know that Google itself said multiple times through it's representatives that they're not penalizing websites that use AI to generate content as long as it's "Factual, helpful and it's not generated solely to get organic traffic" that being said Google will always detect AI generated content even if you've humanized using some third party software as these solutions runs the analysis through their own algorithm which has nothing to do with Google's one.
