I’m a Tier 10 purchaser and after testing the application yesterday, I ran into several issues. I’d appreciate help to resolve them.
1. AI not following keywords
When I enter my keywords and click “Give Me an Idea,” the output is not based on my keywords. The ideas feel random and not relevant.
2. Unexpected Chinese text
The AI sometimes generates Chinese content even though:
My input is fully in English, I did not select any Chinese language
3. No NLP keyword output
The system does not show any NLP keywords, so I can’t evaluate or optimize the results.
4. Short content output
In the “Humanity” section, I provided a full article structure, but the result is only around 400 words, which is too short for my needs.

5. Support not responding
Live support is not working
