anne370Q: My Credits?
Hey there, I just bought Ketteb and was playing around with it. I wasn't happy with the way it talked about my subject or the "voice" it used so wanted to use the "rewrite" tool to give it another shot. Though I have 17,425 / 20,000 Credits I got this error message: Error (429): You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors. Are rewrites not included with all plans?
Also, I would be very interested in having a dedicated place to upload voice guidelines and more info about what I do specifically - is this possible?
Lastly when I tried to use the Humanize function I got this error: Failed to humanize text and don't really understand why since I clearly have enough credits.

Thank you for reaching out. The feature to upload voice guidelines is coming soon, but in the meantime, you can personalize your writing style by adding a URL to one of your blog posts. The system will then follow its structure and voice.
Regarding the error you encountered, it was a temporary issue with OpenAI's servers, but we’ve resolved it. You should now be able to use the rewrite and humanize functions without any problems.
