Q: No customer support is available. Issues cannot be resolved.

Katteb AI used to be a very useful service. Unfortunately, for several months now, there has been no access to the service at all. Multiple attempts to contact the company were made consistently over several weeks. None of these messages received a response. Eventually, a message was posted in the forum stating that, after a system change, logging in was no longer possible. The reply claimed that everything had been resolved. That turned out to be untrue. Further attempts to make contact have failed, and communication is still impossible. Are you still an active company? Can you address the lack of customer support? Can you resolve these issues?
