Q: Stable and accessible login for the product I paid for.
I purchased Katteb as an LTD via AppSumo and was generally satisfied with the value proposition. However, now I cannot log in to auto.katteb.com at all and keep getting an “Invalid credentials” error, even though I’m using the correct email and password.
For an LTD deal that is marketed as “lifetime access,” this kind of login issue is very frustrating and raises questions about long‑term reliability and support. Other users have already mentioned poor or slow support responses, which makes this experience even more concerning.
Right now, I feel stuck with a tool I cannot even access, and that defeats the purpose of a lifetime deal. I would appreciate clarification from both Katteb and AppSumo about what is happening and how LTD buyers’ access will be guaranteed going forward.
