Why is Katteb support ignoring emails? I sent an email Monday afternoon 1/5 and have received no reply as of 1/10.

I am using your product for over 3 years now and in the last few months there was a massive improvement. I originally bought 2 codes back then but upgraded it to 160 000 credits a month. I do 4 posts a day everyday for a whole month. Whats really nice are the following: Summary, Feature image, Internal linking, Expert Quotes all getting done within my post. Question: I can setup for the whole month ahead without any problem up 120 posts with my credits but when my credits are finish for this month, I can't plan ahead for the next month because my credits for this month are finish. Are there not a way a person can start to setup all your posts for the next month before the credits get added to your account. Like you add all you post for the next month but it stay pending till the credit get added in the beginning of the month
Hi, I took the opportunity to check the updated Katteb features and more SEO - Brand oriented changes. I gave it a try, it was only a bit tricky to found out that i needed to refresh login and then my tier and credits appeared after registering my codes. it looks clean, the brand and audience personas is good. it can be maybe optional to create more than one personas. to segment some contents / articles created or for multiple languages. Can you add a step.optional step BEFORE exporting the article, so it can be reviewed and be edited if needed. eg. shorten or deleting repetitions etc... ? Are you going to bring those updates mentioned in the Q&A to AppSsumo this Q1? . P.S: A faster customer support is desired. I saw although improvements recently.
With the new platform, do credits still renew monthly? I’ve seen this response in other comments, and it looks like nothing should change but is not clear: "Your AppSumo lifetime deal is fully honored. No LTD credits were removed or canceled."
If everything rebooted on January 1st, should my credits be replenished on Feb 2? Please let me know.
