Q: What does a credit get you?
Hi. What does a credit get you towards writing an article? For 15,000 credits could I dependably write several 2,000 word articles using up to 3 sources? Is it more credits when I cite YouTube videos instead of text as my source info? If I want to generate 2-3 2,500 word articles per week, which is the minimum package you would recommend that I buy?

Apr 24, 2026A: Hello! Thank you for your questions. In Katteb, credits are used to generate articles, and longer or more detailed articles generally consume a similar amount of credits. For example, both a 2,000-word and a 3,000-word article typically use around 1,500 credits.
However, selecting additional features like citing YouTube videos, adding images, or other enhancements will increase the credit consumption accordingly. For a clearer understanding of how credits are used, please refer to our detailed consumption guide here: https://app.katteb.com/docs_view?slug=credit-consumption&lang=en
If you plan to produce 2 to 3 articles of about 2,500 words each week, I recommend choosing a plan with enough credits to comfortably support that volume.
