Fun and Frustration
I am torn on how many tacos to give Katteb, at times 1 other times 5... so I went right in the middle.
Katteb has a lot of potential, but has its issues.
I really like the fact checker/citations references feature, and multiple source options. This AI writing tools has a lot of features, which may be why it is also buggy at times.
Some times references and citations don't display, other times they do.
At times the writer takes a very long time to produce content, and at times it does not write well at all.
The rewriter feature often does not pass plagiarism tests.
Support is not responsive, or takes too long to get back to users. This could be because of the holiday break, or they are working on fixing things, or maybe something else... I don't know but having a good support team is extremely important.
I want to like this tool because I can see the potential, and I think with some more work and communication, Katteb could become a solid AI writing tool.
