I’ve used a lot of AI writing tools while building and marketing client sites, and the biggest time-sink is never “writing”—it’s fixing the damage afterwards: incorrect claims, generic fluff, and content that looks fine but doesn’t hold up when a client (or Google) scrutinizes it.

Katteb is one of the few tools I’ve used that’s clearly built around that real-world workflow. The standout for me is the fact-checking + citations approach. When I’m producing service pages, supporting blog content, or niche landing pages, being able to quickly verify where statements come from is a big deal—especially for industries where trust matters and you can’t afford “AI confidence” with no sources behind it.

From an SEO and online marketing standpoint, it’s also practical that Katteb supports long-form, SEO-oriented outputs and gives you multiple content types (ads, product descriptions, rewrites, outlines). That means I can go from keyword/theme → outline → draft → supporting snippets without bouncing between five different tools. The “replace repetitive words” option helps too—less time manually de-AI’ing phrasing so the page reads like an actual brand wrote it.

It’s not a perfect replacement for a proper editor or strategist (you’ll still want to shape the angle, internal linking plan, and conversion copy), and like most AI platforms you’ll occasionally wish for more granular editing/controls. But as a consultant, what I care about is whether a tool reduces revision cycles and speeds up publish-ready content production—and Katteb does that better than most, mainly because it’s designed to reduce misinformation and add traceability.
