I really tried to give this software a good go, but it just could not handle the level of context I require to produce good quality output. My co-work setup does a lot better job, handles a lot more context, and this software was rendered useless.
I reached out to the team multiple times. The first time they came back with a new fix which was allowing to add a little bit more context, but that context didn't even begin to cover the level of detail that I have in my existing system inside of Cowork. After that, they stopped responding to my support requests.

We understand that some workflows require a very large amount of persistent context, especially when you already have a detailed setup inside another tool like Cowork. Katteb currently uses a different writing infrastructure, so we do have limits around how much context can be added directly at once.
That said, based on your earlier feedback, we introduced **AI Writing Rules** to give users more control over how Katteb writes. This allows you to add reusable instructions, templates, tone preferences, and guidelines that the AI can follow across your content. You can also still use the Article Guidelines field to add article-specific context for each individual piece.
I also want to sincerely apologize if your later support messages were not answered properly. That should not have happened, and we’ll review this internally to make sure support follow-ups are handled better.
Katteb may not be the perfect fit for every highly complex, long-context workflow, but we’re continuously improving the product and truly appreciate feedback like yours because it helps us understand where we need to do better.
