Q: How do i change my KDMark trial account to my appsumo deal account?
I have sent an email to support@kratikal.com as well as to shivani.ramsagar@kratikal.com but am yet to hear a reply. Please could somebody get back to me either here or to my email address as i have still not as of yet been able to redeem my account.
Q: i don't see how this tool helps me without the Smart SPF and Smart DMARC.
As I understand these two are excluded in this deal, so how does it help me to generate the correct DNS to protect my Organisation. Would be happy if you could explain.
A: Yes, you still can use it, It will also give you an idea about the various emails service provider which are sending emails via domain and stop hackers to stop your domain spoofing attacks.
or does it need google products / services to run? I have just purchased KDMark and upon trying to redeem it, after entering Name, Surname, Password, with the code already there and clicking "Get Started", nothing happens. Upon opening Developer in Chrome, I have 12 errors and 2 warnings.
I am able to login into other websites without any issues.
Thank you for your reply. I logged in using a vpn, and it appears that the warning that I was already using that email address (I had opened a trial account with yourselves) uses google or is a google api, so was not showing up.
I sent a message to support yesterday to find out how to transfer my trial account to my appsumo deal.

Q: What happened to KDMARC?
I get forwarded to another subdomain on threatcop.com and it won't let me login. I would like to be able to use what I paid for.
