Q: Do I need to change the DNS Nameserver?
Just recently need to swap from Godaddy to Cloudflare for another recently Appsumo Deal and it caused us a lot of records disappeared and just afraid if we need to change again I may effect from some requirement of the service that my domain need to be on Cloudflare there.

No, You don't have to change your name server, It works with every dns server including Cloudflare, You just need to update CNAME records.
