Thank you for your reply. I logged in using a vpn, and it appears that the warning that I was already using that email address (I had opened a trial account with yourselves) uses google or is a google api, so was not showing up.

I sent a message to support yesterday to find out how to transfer my trial account to my appsumo deal.

I appreciate how busy you must be, with the deal just ending, and am looking forward to a reply at your earliest convenience.
