Q: If your domain/email gets flag in kdmarc for spoofing, forgery, or phishing attacks, what happens next?

If your domain is used for the purpose of spoofing/phishing etc, You will see that as failed emails in KDMARC dashboard along with why they are failing. Then based on the reports you can adjust your ESP(Email Service Providers) Settings and make sure that only legitimate emails are delivered to the inbox by changing the DMARC setting from the smart Dmarc section.
