Q: I am a happy user of the platform, but I have come across something that does not match the description and I wanted to confirm it.
The description indicates that you can have unlimited guests and in the response offered by the support confirms it (in the 2020 deal but it applies to the present)

If I have several projects with providers, designers, freelancers, customers, prospects, lawyers, consultants, HR personnel, family, and so on; everybody can see everything: personal information of all users (team members of all my projects), tasks, advances, budgets, involved brands, strategies, etc. I can not use the app since 2020 because this. There is currently a lifetime deal running on their website with 50 licenses I think - they have sold 44 at least the first tier. I was sorry to have missed the lifetime deal too but relieved that I got it on their website.
Q: didn't see this come through as a lifetime offer.

Q: I was excited to take a plunge before I saw that it's not a Lifetime Deal but it's only for 1 year.
