Been using Keepsolid Goals for about a month now and at the beginning I spent the time to setup my goals, tasks and learnt how to use it.
From the get-go I thought it was "not fully baked" but saw their roadmap and thought that it will be getting better soon (Appsumo price was too good to pass too).
HOWEVER, in the past 10 days or so I tried to log in several times and kept getting "Server maintenance. Please, try again later"
First few times I was ok with that but I don't think it's cool or acceptable anymore.
To me, if I put all my tasks and projects in a tool or a service, I expect it to be available AT ALL TIMES.
Availability is the most important ability!
Needless to say, I will ask for a refund :(
