Purchased this to convert a few Youtube videos into shorts. Entered the url of the 15min video, and all seemed to be working fine. When it got to reframing the video it slowed to a crawl, and 12 hrs later it was at 50%. I used their chat support to advise of this issue, and it said someone would email me. 24 hrs later it is stuck on 75% so I use the chat again to contact support. Once again no live support is available. It is now 36 hrs later and still on 75%. No chat support available. This is an easy refund. If they cannot even support a launch, what chance has this surviving as a stand alone product after Appsumo.
